Terms of use

What EcoStep is

EcoStep is a project researching and developing modular shoe components from more responsible materials. The site introduces the story, the materials, and sells parts such as uppers, tongues, laces, insoles, midsoles, and outsoles.

EcoStep prefers a clear material direction over absolute slogans. Specs may be refined by research or production batch - we will update the product page when a change is material.

Using the website

• Please give accurate details when you order or contact us.
• Do not use the site to send harmful content, spam, or to attempt unauthorized access.
• Images, the EcoStep / Eco Step name, and site content belong to EcoStep. You may share public links, but do not copy content at scale for resale without permission.

Orders and confirmation

An order is recorded when you complete checkout. EcoStep may contact you to confirm stock, size, address, or how you will receive the parcel before it ships.

If a component is temporarily out of stock, we will tell you and offer another part, a wait, or a cancel of the unshipped item.

Price and payment

• Prices are in VND and include tax as required, unless a product page says otherwise.
• Available methods: cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfer.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders from 1,500,000đ ship free nationwide.
• EcoStep may change prices before you order. The price at the moment you complete the order applies to that order.

Products and descriptions

Photos and copy help you understand the design direction, materials, and how to use a component. Real color may shift slightly by screen and material batch.

Modular parts are meant to be replaced one piece at a time. Fit them carefully using the product page or article guide. EcoStep is not responsible if a part is damaged by incorrect fitting, alteration, or use outside ordinary footwear.

Returns and shipping

Delivery times, inspection, and return conditions are on the Shipping & Returns page. That page and these terms are read together.

Limitation of liability

EcoStep works to keep site information accurate when posted. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every material description is a perfect environmental certification. Any loss from using the site or a product is considered within the value of the related order and Vietnamese law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest still apply.
