Where we ship

We ship nationwide with a carrier. EcoStep does not yet offer international checkout on the website. If you are abroad, contact us first so we can advise case by case.

Shipping fees

• Orders from 1,500,000đ: free nationwide shipping.
• Orders under 1,500,000đ: the fee shown at checkout, based on the carrier rate at the time you order.
• Remote areas, islands, or hard-to-reach addresses may add a surcharge - we will tell you first if that happens.

Delivery time

Times below are estimates after the order is confirmed, not a hard promise. Holidays, weather, or the carrier may add delay.

• Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: about 2-4 business days.
• Other provinces and cities: about 3-7 business days.

When the parcel is handed to the carrier, EcoStep sends the tracking code by email or message if you left a phone number.

Payment

• COD: pay cash to the courier when you receive the parcel. Check the outer box before you pay.
• Bank transfer: we process the order after EcoStep receives the full amount. Use the order code or your order phone number in the transfer note.

Inspect on delivery

Check that the parcel is intact, the quantity is right, and it is not badly crushed or wet. If the box is clearly damaged or an item is missing, note it with the courier, take photos, and tell EcoStep within 48 hours.

You may open the box to match components with the order. Checking does not cancel the 30-day return if the item stays unused and fully packed.

Returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from the delivery date to ask for a size swap, another in-stock component, or a refund.

Accepted when:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• The box, packaging, tags, and included extras are as received.
• There is no odd smell, stain, or damage caused by the user.

Returns do not apply to regularly used items, damage from incorrect fitting, missing packaging, or made-to-order alterations if any.

How to request

Email or call EcoStep with the order code, reason, and photos of the item and packaging. After we confirm, send the goods to the address we give you. Keep the shipping receipt until the request is closed.

EcoStep inspects returns within about 3-5 business days of receiving the parcel. If it qualifies, we exchange the item or refund the way you paid.

• COD: refund by bank transfer using the details you provide.
• Bank transfer: refund to the same account, unless you ask for another.

Return shipping: if EcoStep is at fault (wrong item, packing damage), we cover both ways. If you change your mind or size, you usually pay the return fee unless we agree otherwise.

Defective items

If a component has a technical fault or does not match the description, contact us soon with photos or video. EcoStep will exchange an equivalent, repair, or refund depending on the case and stock.
