Privacy policy
EcoStep only collects what we need to process orders, deliver them, and reply to support. We do not sell personal data.
Where this applies
This policy applies when you visit the EcoStep site, create an account, add items to the cart, place an order, or send the contact form. If we add a feature that needs other data, this page will be updated.
Information we collect
Depending on what you do on the site, EcoStep may receive:
- Information you send: name, email, phone, delivery address, and message text.
- Order details: products, quantity, notes, and payment method. EcoStep does not store full bank-card numbers on the website.
- Necessary technical data: cart cookies, display language, login session, and basic access logs so the site stays stable.
How we use it
- Confirm, pack, and ship orders, and contact you if we need a clearer address or delivery window.
- Handle returns, refunds, and after-sales support.
- Reply to contact forms and questions about components, materials, or orders.
- Keep your cart, language, and session on your browser.
EcoStep does not sell personal data to third parties, and does not run targeted ads from order data on this site.
Cookies
We use essential cookies so the site works correctly:
- WooCommerce cart and checkout.
- Account login session, if you create an account.
- The VI / EN language you chose.
- A record that you accepted the cookie banner.
You can block cookies in your browser. Features such as the cart may not work fully if essential cookies are off.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored on the site hosting and in the order system. Only people who process orders and support customers can see what they need to complete your request.
We may share delivery details with the carrier to ship your order. Otherwise, information is disclosed only when Vietnamese law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to view, correct, or delete contact or account data EcoStep holds, except records we must keep to finish an existing order or to meet accounting and tax rules.
